What the numbers actually say
✓
27 reports exist that nobody built
Every template with a submission has one, refreshed as data lands.
!
Your best-looking report is one person testing
Workflow testing: 60 of 60 by Tulika L, all in July, 100% complete.
!
It is 24% of all volume, and it moves the headline
Without it July falls to 74 — down 14% on June, not up 56%.
!
Two different things are called “completion rate”
83% on the landing page, 0.24 on the pinned widget. Different maths.
!
The board I built is about vendors, not suppliers
And 122 templates have never received a submission at all.

Twenty-seven forms, twenty-seven reports, written the moment data arrived. The work left is reading them — and knowing which number is lying to you.

The chart was free.
The reading is the job.

Reports on every form from the first submission, boards you assemble or describe, and a copilot that tells you when a number is counting the wrong rows.
