RECEIVED, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and subject to the terms and conditions of the Carrier's Uniform Straight Bill of Lading which are incorporated herein, which are not in conflict with the provisions hereof. Carrier acknowledges that it has inspected the property noted as the freight described in this Bill of Lading, which Carrier acknowledges is in good order, except as noted by Carrier in writing at the time that it accepts possession of the property, which Carrier agrees to carry to the specified destination, if on its route, or otherwise to deliver to another carrier on the route for the specified destination. Carrier represents, confirms and warrants that it has inspected biosecurity seals on the product, and assures that the seals were properly affixed, locked and secured in accordance with all applicable federal regulations at the time that the Carrier took possession of the products tendered to the Carrier.
