STRATEGY

Grouped the three 1544-row 'Data' sheets from the Bolingbrook and Canada files into a single dataset, rating only the latest version (20260410). The 523-row 'Data' sheet from the Midwest Ashcroft file is treated as a separate dataset. Both datasets are routed to the API because they contain standard origin, destination, weight, and date columns. Excluded the 'Non Fairmarket US data' and warehouse questionnaires as they contain aggregated annual data or non-shipment information.

Glenwood Juice Bolingbrook Data
version policy: latest
TMS API
Why this methodThe dataset contains standard shipment columns (origin and destination city, state, zip, weight, pallets, date) that map directly to the API.
GroupingThese sheets all contain 1544 rows with identical shipment columns (RefNo, SD, ShipCity, ConsCity, etc.). They are versions of the same dataset, so we use the latest file based on the date in the filename.

FIELD MAPPING & SAMPLE

2/2 dataset(s) rated with valid data

Glenwood Juice Bolingbrook Data: All 2,224 lanes were successfully priced for a total cost of $1.28 million, averaging $574.37 per lane with costs ranging from $304.36 to $2,308.16. The transport mode for every lane is currently classified as 'Unknown'. Two significant anomalies require immediate attention: 19 extreme high-cost outliers were detected, and all 2,224 rows contain $0 or negative totals.; Midwest Ashcroft Vitality Chicago RT: All 523 lanes were successfully priced, resulting in a total freight cost of $1.41 million and an average cost of $2,705 per lane. The freight mix is heavily dominated by Truckload (511 TL vs. 12 LTL), with individual lane costs ranging from $692.57 to $4,864.57. No pricing anomalies were detected in this batch.

Bolingbrook  2,224 × $574.37 = $1,277,399 ≈ $1.28M ✓
Ashcroft           523 × $2,705   = $1,414,715 ≈ $1.41M ✓

The totals, the averages and the mode split all agree
Except these two, in one paragraph
SAYS
All 2,224 lanes were successfully priced for a total cost of $1.28 million … ranging from $304.36 to $2,308.16
ALSO SAYS
all 2,224 rows contain $0 or negative totals
a set totalling +$1.28M with a floor of $304.36
cannot also be entirely $0 or negative
One of the two is wrong — and a client would read both

Before this goes to a client
Both datasets reconcile
2,224 × $574.37 and 523 × $2,705 land on the stated totals; 511 TL + 12 LTL = 523 exactly.
!
One paragraph contradicts itself
"$1.28 million, ranging from $304.36" and "all 2,224 rows contain $0 or negative totals".
!
The plan says 1,544 rows; the result says 2,224
It reports rating only the latest version — worth confirming which rows were priced.
The shared tables really are stamped in
