Get started with Ella

Ella is not another specialist agent. She coordinates a crew of them across operations, supply chain and logistics, and workplace safety. Each agent owns a slice of the work; Ella owns the view, the hand-offs and the approval gate.

Ella does not write to your systems, send a message or book anything on her own. She prepares, proposes and waits. You approve, edit or decline, and only then does anything change.

The agents read from and propose changes to systems such as email, your TMS, WMS or ERP, and EDI feeds. Which connections you need depends on which agents you run; your admin sets these up.

Run Ella alongside your current process first. She does the work and shows you what she would have proposed, without anything touching your systems. Switch on approvals once your team trusts the results.
