Fix common assessment problems
What to do when a clip will not score, the score looks wrong, or the lifting result is missing.
The clip could not be scored
Check that the whole body stays in frame and the worker is not hidden behind a rack or another person. Re-film from the side with the phone held steady.
The posture score looks too high or too low
Make sure the clip covers a full work cycle, not just the easiest or hardest moment. Compare the annotated snapshots with what you saw on the floor; they show which frames drove the score.
There is no lifting result
The NIOSH and manual-handling methods need the load weight and the lift distance. Add them to the assessment and the result is recalculated.
