Load your drivers and vehicles
Bring in your driver list and your vehicle list from a spreadsheet or your existing systems. Each driver and each unit gets one file. Start with one terminal or one group of units if you want a pilot.
Add the documents and expiry dates
For each driver, add licences, medical cards and other qualification documents with their expiry dates. The agent starts tracking them straight away.
Invite the team
Invite drivers, the shop, dispatch and the safety manager. Drivers do walkarounds on their phone; the shop receives defects; the safety manager approves holds and releases.
Run your first walkaround
Have a driver do a pre-trip inspection on their phone with one defect. Watch it reach the shop as a drafted repair order, approve it and see the unit's status change.
Run tomorrow's walkarounds through it.
