Build a checklist with proof
Turn a paper or spreadsheet checklist into one that is done at the station, with photos and timestamps, and decide what happens when a step fails.
Start from what you have
Bring in your current checklist from paper, a spreadsheet or your SOP. Keep the steps your team already knows.
Choose the proof per step
For each step, decide what counts as done: a tap, a photo, a reading within a range or a second person's sign-off. Only ask for proof where it matters.
Set the cadence and the station
Choose when the checklist appears (per shift, per changeover, per batch, hourly) and where (a line, a station or a piece of equipment).
Decide what a failed step does
Choose whether a failed step proposes a work order for KnowMaintain, a nonconformance for KnowQuality, or just a note for the handover. A person approves before anything is opened.
Decide who hears about skipped steps
Set who is told when a step is skipped or a checklist is not started, and how quickly. The agent does the follow-up.
Run tomorrow's handover through it.
Bring one line's checklists and last week's handover notes, and we will show you what the agent compiles, flags and carries forward.
