Do we need to replace our LMS?
No. KnowTrain can track completions from your existing LMS alongside the courses it builds. Many teams use it for the tracking, assignment and follow-up their LMS does not do.
What is the exam prep?
KnowTrain includes study material and practice questions for the ASP, CSP and CRSP safety certification exams, for safety team members preparing to sit them.
How does it work with KnowSafe and KnowComply?
KnowSafe raises the incidents and hazards that toolbox talks and retraining respond to. KnowComply maps training records to the clauses of your standards and contracts. KnowTrain keeps the records they both rely on.
Is it audit-ready?
Yes. Completions, quiz results, sign-offs and expiry history are kept per person and per course, and can be reported by site, role or standard.
Where does our data live?
In your Knowella workspace. People and roles can stay in your HR system; KnowTrain reads them and records training against them.
