Approve a fix and schedule the re-assessment

The recommendation names the change, the station and the finding it addresses. Edit the wording, the owner or the due date if needed, or decline it with a note.

Approval opens the corrective action and assigns it. Nothing is created or assigned before this step. Every approval is logged with who approved it and when.

KnowErgo schedules a follow-up assessment for after the fix is due. When the date arrives, film the same task again from the same angle.

The new score sits next to the original so you can see whether the risk went down. Scores roll up across tasks, stations and sites, so trends are visible to your EHS team.
