Who approves what, how auditors work in the field and what the agent never does on its own.

Short answers to the questions teams ask when they start running audits with KnowComply.
1

Does the agent close findings itself?

No. It drafts actions, proposes owners and chases evidence. A person approves the action and signs off the closure.

2

Can auditors work on a phone?

Yes. Checklists, notes and photos can be captured on a phone or tablet while walking the site.

3

Who should be an approver?

Usually the quality or compliance lead for findings and actions, and the area owner for closure. You can set this per site or standard.

4

What if an action is overdue?

The owner is reminded first. If it stays overdue, the approver is flagged. The agent never marks it done.
