Which standards does it cover?
Evidence is mapped to the clauses of ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001, and KnowComply supports readiness for schemes such as SQF, BRCGS, IATF and AS9100. Which ones apply is configured per workspace.
How does it work with KnowQuality and KnowSafe?
KnowQuality runs the daily quality checks and KnowSafe the safety programme. KnowComply audits the system above both and maps their records to the clauses when certification comes round.
Do suppliers need an account?
No. They fill forms through a link. The agent checks what arrives and routes it to your team for approval.
How is the audit package assembled?
Because evidence is filed against clauses as the work happens, the package for an auditor or customer is assembled from what is already on file and reviewed by your team before it goes out.
Where does our data live?
In your Knowella workspace. Controlled documents can stay in your document system; KnowComply links to them and records approvals.
