Bring in your current contractors

Set the requirements per contractor type, load your list and let the agent find who is already out of date.

The first useful thing KnowContractor does is tell you who is on site today with expired paperwork. Exact screens vary with how your workspace is set up.
1

Define contractor types and requirements

Decide what each type must provide, for example general contractors, specialist trades and service visitors. Set which gaps block access and which only warn.

2

Load your contractor list

Bring in your existing contractors and whatever documents you already hold. The agent reads them and extracts the expiry dates.

3

Review what is missing or expired

You get a list per contractor. Decide which to chase now and which to hold from site.

4

Let the agent chase

Renewal and missing-document requests go to the contractors. Replies are read and checked as they arrive, and you are told when a contractor is ready for approval.

Find out who is on site with expired paperwork.

Bring your current contractor list. We will show how the agent collects, checks and chases, and what it would flag today.
