FAQ: documents, approvals and the contractor's side
Common questions about what is collected, who approves, and what contractors have to do.
Does the agent approve contractors on its own?
No. It confirms whether documents are current and complete and tells you what is missing. A person approves the contractor for site.
What do contractors have to do?
Reply to an email with their documents, or upload them through a link. They do not need an account or training.
Can we approve someone with a gap?
Yes, if your rules allow it. The exception and the reason are recorded against the contractor.
What if the agent reads a date wrong?
Correct it on the document. The agent learns the format for next time, and the correction is logged.
Who sees contractor records?
That depends on the roles you set. Site teams usually see their own contractors; EHS and procurement leaders see every site.
Find out who is on site with expired paperwork.
Bring your current contractor list. We will show how the agent collects, checks and chases, and what it would flag today.
