Keep driver files current and expiries ahead of you

One file per driver with licences, medical cards, training and hours, and reminders that go out weeks before anything lapses.

A driver file that is complete only before an audit is not complete. KnowFleet keeps one file per driver and asks for renewals before documents lapse, so the file is always current.
1

Build the file once

Each driver's file holds licences, medical cards, training records, qualification documents and incident history, with expiry dates on anything that lapses.

2

Let the agent watch the dates

Within the window you set, the agent reminds the driver and the safety manager that a document is due and asks the driver to upload the renewal from their phone.

3

Approve the renewal

When the new document arrives, a person checks it and approves it into the file. The old one is kept in the history.

4

See hours next to the file

With telematics or ELD connected, hours of service appear next to the driver file and the unit's inspection status, so dispatch sees in one look whether a driver and a truck are both clear to go.

5

Handle an incident in the same file

Road incidents and near-misses are logged from the cab with photos and location, investigated and closed with actions, and kept in the driver's and the unit's history.

Run tomorrow's walkarounds through it.

Bring a few units and driver files, and we will show you how defects get routed, units get held and expiries get caught early.
