How does it help with scheme audits?
Checks, NCRs and CAPAs are kept in the shape SQF, BRCGS, ISO and IATF auditors ask for, with time, person and evidence on each record.
How does it relate to KnowComply?
KnowQuality runs the daily quality system. KnowComply audits it, keeps the standards register and maps the records to clauses at certification time. They share the same records.
Does it work outside food?
Yes. The same workflow runs inspections, nonconformance, CAPA, calibration and supplier quality in manufacturing, packaging, pharma and automotive.
Can it take results from our lab system?
Yes. Test results and certificates of analysis can be pulled from a LIMS or lab system and filed against the lot. How this is connected varies by workspace.
