For carriers: respond to a bid invitation
How carriers open a KnowRFP bid link, enter rates lane by lane or upload a spreadsheet, and submit.
2 min read
1
Open the invitation link
Open the link in the invitation email; no account is needed.
2
Review the lanes
Review the lanes, frequency and any ship dates.
3
Enter your rates
Enter an all-in rate or linehaul and fuel separately for each lane you want.
4
Or upload your spreadsheet
Instead of entering rates lane by lane, you can upload your own rate spreadsheet.
5
Submit your rates
Submit. The broker reviews your rates and may include them in a proposal to their customer. Submitting rates is not a load award; the broker will contact you separately about any freight.
Send us your hardest RFP.
We'll run it through KnowRFP and you can compare the result with what your team sent.
