Accept your invitation
Open the invitation email (check spam for "KnowRFP") and create your account.

Sign in and open KnowRFP

Note your team's inbox address
Note your team's KnowRFP inbox address in Settings.

Confirm your TMS API and contracts
Ask your admin to confirm the TMS API connection and that your carrier contracts are loaded.

Explore safely in the sandbox
Remember: projects and proposals are a safe sandbox. Only inviting carriers sends an email outside your team.
Send us your hardest RFP.
