Report your first incident from a phone
Try the full loop once: report, review the draft, approve an action and close it with proof.

The quickest way to understand KnowSafe is to run one incident through it. A near-miss or a housekeeping hazard is a good first test. Exact screens vary with how your workspace is set up.
1
Report it
From a phone, take a photo or record a short voice note saying what happened, where and who was involved. Send it.
2
Check the draft report
Open the report the agent wrote. Correct anything it got wrong. It learns from corrections.
3
Review the proposed actions
Read the drafted root cause and the corrective actions. Approve them, or change the owner or date first.
4
Close with proof
When the owner finishes, they attach a photo. Review it and close the action. That is the loop your whole program will run on.
See one of your incidents run through it.
Bring a recent incident report and we will walk through how it would be captured, investigated and closed.
