The agent investigates
An investigation is opened. The agent drafts a root cause from the report and the photos, and proposes corrective actions with owners and due dates.
Your team approves
Nothing is assigned until a person approves it. You can change owners, dates and the root cause before anything moves.
The agent chases to a verified close
Overdue actions are followed up and escalated. An action closes only when photo proof is attached and a person accepts it.
