Schedule preventive maintenance and keep it on track

Set PM schedules by time, usage or sensor signal, bundle them with nearby work and stop them slipping on busy weeks.

PMs slip when breakdowns pile up. KnowMaintain plans each PM, warns before it is due, suggests bundling it with other work on the same asset and escalates when it goes overdue, so planned work is not quietly lost.
1

Create the schedule

For each asset or asset group, set the PM task and its trigger: a time interval, a usage or meter threshold, or a signal from a connected sensor. Statutory inspections and calibrations work the same way, with the certificate kept against the asset.

2

Let the agent plan the work

As a PM comes due, the agent drafts the work order ahead of time and proposes a slot. If other work is open on the same asset or line, it suggests doing both in one visit.

3

Approve the plan

A supervisor approves the slot and the technician. If the week is bad, move it, but the PM stays visible rather than disappearing.

4

Watch PM compliance

The backlog view shows PMs due, done and overdue by asset and area, so you can see which lines are falling behind before they break down.

5

Act on repeat failures

When the same asset keeps generating breakdown work, the agent flags it so you can review the PM interval or the failure cause.

See your backlog the way the agent sees it.

Bring a few of your assets and last month's work orders, and we will show you how PMs get scheduled, defects become work orders and the CMMS stays current.
