Run the tier board and daily meeting

Keep the daily KPIs, actions and escalations live so the tier meeting is about decisions, not collecting numbers.

A tier board on a whiteboard is updated before the meeting from memory. A KnowOps tier board is filled from the shift's records, with actions that carry an owner and a date.
1

Choose the board's KPIs

Pick the measures each tier watches, such as output against plan, downtime, checklist completion, open actions and safety notes. They fill from the shift records.

2

Run the meeting from the board

Walk the board, discuss what is off plan and add actions with an owner and a due date. Ideas and 5S findings go on the same board.

3

Escalate what the tier cannot fix

Mark an action for the next tier. It appears on that board with the history attached, so the site meeting sees what the line meeting could not solve.

4

Let the agent chase actions

The agent reminds owners before due dates and flags overdue actions at the next meeting. Improvement ideas are tracked from suggestion to done.

Run tomorrow's handover through it.

Bring one line's checklists and last week's handover notes, and we will show you what the agent compiles, flags and carries forward.
