Client Feedback — comments on your share links
See what clients answered on the proposals you shared — open, needs changes, accepted or rejected — read their comments, and open the project to pick up the next round.
1 · Open Client Feedback
Click Client Feedback in the sidebar, under Workspace. The tag beside the title shows how many answers are new, such as "2 new". The Client feedback card on the Projects dashboard shows the same count.
2 · Read the counters
Four counters sum up what clients said.
- Open — Answers you haven't dealt with yet.
- Needs changes — The client asked for something in the proposal to change.
- Accepted — The client accepted the proposal.
- Rejected — The client rejected the proposal.
3 · Find feedback
Use the tabs to see Open, Handled or All feedback, each with its count. Search by client, comment or name to find a particular answer.
4 · Read an answer
Each answer shows the client, its status (such as Needs changes), the proposal it's on, what it's about — such as Rules or a particular lane — and when it came in. The client's comment sits underneath, for example "Rate too high on this lane".
5 · Review the changes
Click Review changes to work through what the client asked for.
6 · Open the project
Click Open project to go to the project the feedback is about. The proposal you shared is marked Shared with client in the Proposals list.
7 · Where the proposal stands
A shared proposal sits at its last step, Deliver & share — waiting on the client. Their answer lands in Client Feedback: Accept flips the proposal to Done · won, and "needs changes" starts the next round from here.
8 · Check what they saw
Below, the proposal's priced data and rating results show exactly what the client is answering. Open the deliverable, open the rated sheet or download a CSV to check it.
