The story

One shift, start to finish

Scroll through what happens between a scan link and a follow-up that reaches the right person, and nobody else.

    6:40 am · Scans assigned

    Twelve people, one link each

The shift lead assigns a wellness check to the morning crew. KnowHealth sends each person a link. No app to install, no hardware to hand out.

Nothing reaches anyone until occupational health says so

The agent drafts the follow-up: a private check-in and a short validated assessment. Occupational health approves, edits or dismisses it. Managers are not in the loop unless policy says so.

The problem

Where the day goes today

Discomfort goes unreported until it is an injury and a claim. Stress and burnout show up as absence first and as a resignation second. Wellness programs run on wearables nobody charges and surveys nobody finishes, and when an incident does happen, the OSHA forms and the HIPAA records are typed up by hand, late. Leaders get an annual report. The floor gets nothing.

How it works

From scan to action, in four steps

1

Assign

Schedule scans per facility, shift or role. Links go out automatically; completion is tracked across sites.

2

Scan

A 30-second camera scan reads 15 vitals. Results come back with plain-language context for the person.

3

Score

Vitals, mood check-ins and validated assessments combine into a 0 to 100 risk score, tiered Low, Medium or High and tracked over time.

4

Act

Anomalies and High tiers become drafted follow-ups for occupational health to approve. Incidents become OSHA forms. Everything is logged.

You stay in control

Private by design, approved by people

A person's results are theirs. Occupational health sees what policy allows. Managers see heatmaps, never individuals. The agent drafts; it never sends a follow-up, a referral or a form without a human approval.

  • Consent first. Scans are opt-in and the person sees their own results before anyone else.
  • Role-based access. Who can see what is set by you and logged every time.
  • Approve every follow-up. Check-ins, assessments and referrals wait for occupational health.
  • Audit-ready always. OSHA drafts and the HIPAA access trail are kept continuously.

FAQ

Questions about KnowHealth

Is a camera scan really accurate?

The scan reads tiny colour changes in the skin from video, the same principle as a pulse oximeter. Results come with a signal-quality score, and anything outside range is a prompt for a follow-up, not a diagnosis.

Who sees an employee's results?

The person first. Then whoever your policy allows, typically occupational health. Managers and HR see department heatmaps and trends, not individual health data. Every access is logged.

Do people need an app or a wearable?

No. The scan runs in a browser on a phone, laptop or kiosk tablet.

Does KnowHealth send assessments or referrals on its own?

No. It drafts them and routes them to occupational health to approve, edit or dismiss.

How does it help with OSHA and HIPAA?

Incidents are classified for recordability and the OSHA 300, 300A and 301 entries are drafted for your review. Every view of protected health data is logged, so the HIPAA audit trail is continuous and exportable.

Can we start with one site?

Yes. Most teams start with one facility or shift, then schedule scans per role or site as they go.

How does it work with KnowErgo and KnowSafe?

KnowErgo handles the ergonomic side of early discomfort; KnowSafe runs the incident investigation and corrective actions. KnowHealth is the wellbeing layer that spots the signal first.
