Contracts — every carrier contract in one list
Read the Contracts page: the counters, search and filters, contracts grouped by carrier, and each contract's folder, dates, status and rates.
1 · Open Contracts
Click Contracts in the sidebar, between Carriers and Reference.
2 · Read the counters
Four counters sit at the top of the page.
- Uploaded — Contracts your team has uploaded.
- In production — Contracts in the In Production folder.
- From TMS — Contracts that come from your TMS.
- Expiring · 60 days — Contracts that expire within the next 60 days.
3 · Find a contract
Search by name, carrier or summary. Use the By Carrier switch to group contracts by carrier, filter by type, source, status or folder, and tick Show archived to include archived contracts.
4 · Contracts grouped by carrier
Each carrier heads its own group, showing how many contracts it has, whether files are attached, and how many are in production — for example "Alliance Shippers · 2 · no files · 1 in production".
5 · Read a contract
Each row shows the contract's name, carrier and type, such as Carrier pay. A TMS-linked tag under the name marks a contract linked to your TMS.
6 · Folder
The folder shows where the contract sits — In Production, or Approved To Enter.
7 · Dates and status
Effective and expiry dates sit beside a status.
- Active — The contract is within its dates.
- Expired — The expiry date has passed.
- No end date — The contract has no expiry date.
8 · Document and rates
The Document column shows whether a file is attached ("none" if not) and links to the contract's rates.
9 · Move through the list
Contracts are shown a page at a time — choose how many per page, and use the page numbers to move on.
10 · Add a contract
Click Add Contract at the top right. The guide to adding or updating contracts covers the next steps.
