Run inspections and prepare for an audit

Scheduled inspections that pre-fill from the last round, failed items that become actions, and an audit package assembled from the evidence.

4 min read
Inspections are the same loop as incidents, run on a schedule. Because every finding and every action is recorded as it happens, the audit package is assembled rather than hunted for.
1

Set the schedule

Each inspection type has a frequency and an owner per area. The agent schedules the rounds and chases the ones that are overdue.

2

Inspect from a phone

The inspection is pre-filled from the last round and its photos. The inspector confirms, changes or fails each item and adds photos.

3

Turn failures into actions

Every failed item becomes a corrective action for your approval, with the same owner, chase and proof loop.

4

Keep the injury logs current

Recordable incidents flow into your OSHA 300, 300A and 301 logs, and the agent calculates TRIR and DART. Review the entries before anything is posted or filed.

5

Assemble the audit package

When an audit is coming, ask the agent for the package for that site and period. It collects the incidents, inspections, actions and proof. You review it before it is shared.
