Build a course and quiz from an SOP
Turn an existing procedure into a short course with a knowledge check, reviewed by a subject expert before anyone is enrolled.
Share the procedure
Give KnowTrain the SOP or work instruction. It drafts a short course that follows the procedure's steps and a knowledge check on the points that matter.
Review and edit
A subject expert reads the draft, fixes anything that is wrong or missing, and approves it. Nothing is assigned until this happens.
Add a practical sign-off where needed
For equipment and hands-on tasks, add a supervisor sign-off step. A quiz alone does not qualify someone on equipment.
