Workspaces — how your account is organised
Companies, facilities and departments decide who sees what. Here's how the structure fits together.
The structure, top to bottom
The walkthrough moves through the levels in order: a company at the top, facilities beneath it for physical sites, and departments inside those. An app, a record or a report belongs somewhere in that tree, and that is what determines who it reaches.
- Company — The top-level account — usually your organisation.
- Facility — A site, plant, warehouse or clinic.
- Department — The team inside a facility that owns the work.
Switching between them
The tour shows the switcher in use. Somebody who covers three sites moves between them without logging out or holding three accounts, and the dashboards, tasks and records all follow the switch — so the numbers on screen always belong to the place you are currently looking at.
Why it matters
Scope is the difference between a platform that stays useful at ten sites and one that collapses into noise. Get the structure right early and every later feature inherits it: permissions, dashboards and reports all filter along the same lines, so nobody has to remember to exclude the other sites by hand.
