How detection works
Every scan is checked against healthy ranges and the person's own baseline. AI flags readings that are out of range or that changed suddenly — often weeks before they would escalate.
Severity levels
Each alert carries a severity so you triage the right way: amber medium alerts are "keep an eye on it," while the feed escalates to red for readings that need action now. Every alert names the employee, the exact metric, the normal range, and how long ago it fired.
Care escalation
When an alert surfaces an at-risk employee, an admin can send an in-app health notice — a private prompt to rest, seek care, or use EAP resources. It's the human step after detection; acknowledge alerts as you action them so the next real anomaly stands out.
