The health risk score is KnowHealth's single-number answer to "who needs attention?" — a live, weighted read on each employee's wellbeing.
How the score is built
KnowHealth pulls together vitals, mood, burnout, and assessment data per employee, and a weighted model combines them into a 0–100 health risk score that updates in real time as new data arrives.
Risk tiers
Each person is placed in a Low, Medium, or High tier. The dashboard's risk overview shows the distribution across your workforce, so a cluster of high-risk staff is obvious at a glance.
Tracking over time
Scores are tracked historically with coaching tips attached, so you can see whether an intervention is actually moving someone in the right direction. A rising score is a prompt to look, not a diagnosis.
