Does KnowDoc work with EDI carriers?
EDI carriers already send data electronically; KnowDoc focuses on emailed and PDF paperwork, and can work alongside EDI.
Can it handle multi-stop loads?
Yes. KnowDoc finds the POD page for each stop.
What does the customer see?
Only the POD, never the carrier invoice.
Can I override an exception?
Yes. Approve it, short-pay it or request a corrected bill, with a reason.
Does it pay carriers?
KnowDoc approves invoices and sends the approved amounts, short pays and notes to your ERP or accounting system, where payment runs as usual.
What does the free plan include?
20 documents a month, so you can test it on your own paperwork.
