Create your account
Open your invitation email (check spam for "KnowDoc") and create your account.

Find your KnowDoc inbox
Find your KnowDoc inbox address in Settings.

Confirm the TMS and contracts
Ask your admin to confirm the TMS connection and that carrier contracts are loaded.

Upload a few freight bills
On the free plan, start by uploading a few freight bills to see how it works.
Run your messiest freight bills through it.
Send us a few of your hardest multi-page freight bills, and see the split, the checks and the audit for yourself.
