Two things orient you on day one: the dashboard, where you land after signing in, and the organization structure that decides which data each number covers. This guide covers both at a high level — the Dashboard & Organization guides go deeper on each.

Where you land

After signing in you arrive on the dashboard — your daily command center. It rolls up assigned tasks, scans, AI risk scores, mental-health signals, and compliance status, with shortcuts to the actions people use most.

  • Status tiles — Total assigned, completed, open, and overdue at a glance.
  • Quick actions — Start Scan, Health Score, Mood Check-in, Burnout Index, Assessments, AI Coach.
  • AI insight panels — Risk overview, anomaly alerts, mental-health snapshot, and compliance.

Your organization

An organization is your company or team, and everyone inside it shares the same facilities, members, health records, and analytics. If you manage more than one company, the organization switcher in the top bar moves between them and re-scopes every number on screen.

Facilities & departments

Facilities are your physical sites; departments are groups within a facility. Setting them up first means every scan, inspection, and risk score lands in the right place — and you can view one site or roll everything up company-wide.

  • Facilities — Plants, offices, warehouses — your physical sites.
  • Departments — Groups within a facility for assignment and analytics.

Getting around

The left navigation rail reaches every module, and the Management section holds the admin pages — Kiosk Stations, Team, Billing & Plans, Privacy & Consent, Notifications, and Settings. The dashboard is always one click away as home base.
