Profile & password settings

Update your first and last name, see the email you sign in with, and change your password.

Settings is where you manage your own account: your profile details on one side and your account security on the other. Open it from the bottom of the Management section in the sidebar.

Finding Settings

Scroll the sidebar to the Management section — Settings is the last item, below Notifications. The page heading reads "Manage your profile details and account security".

Profile Information

The left card shows your initials and full name as your team sees them across KnowHealth.

First Name — Required.
Last Name — Required.
Email Address — The email you sign in with. It's locked, so it can't be edited here.

Saving your profile

Edit your first or last name, then click Save Changes to update your profile.

Changing your password

In the Change Password card, enter your current password, then your new password, and click Update Password. The eye icon in each field shows or hides what you've typed, so you can check it before saving. Use the new password the next time you sign in.
