Connect your integrations
Open Your Integrations from the top bar, activate your TMS and the LTL and TL market-rate feeds your organization uses, and Apply.
1 · Open Your Integrations
Integrations sits at the top right of every KnowRFP page. The green count beside it shows how many integrations are live, such as "3 Live". Click it to open the Your Integrations panel.
2 · See what's live
The green bar at the top of the panel shows how many integrations are live. Click View to see which ones.
3 · Choose your TMS
Under TMS (Transportation Management System), choose the system your organization uses: 3G, McLeod or Manhattan. An active integration is highlighted with a tick.
4 · Choose your market-rate feeds
Market-rate feeds give each lane a market benchmark.
- LTL Market Rates — A less-than-truckload benchmark — Czarlite.
- TL Market Rates — A truckload benchmark — DAT. FreightWaves SONAR is marked Soon.
5 · Apply
Click Apply to save your choices. The count in the top bar updates to match.
6 · Where they show up
Active market-rate feeds appear in the Rate source blend in the Strategy Builder, where you set how much each one weighs into the benchmark.
Send us your hardest RFP.
We'll run it through KnowRFP and you can compare the result with what your team sent.
