Files per proposal
Use 5 to 10 files per proposal; very large sets can time out after 30 to 40 minutes.

Runs usually take 5 to 6 minutes; rating through the TMS API on very large bids takes longer.

Tell the agent what each file is, and check the preview before rating.

State assumptions in plain English rather than editing files by hand.
