The deliverable doesn't appear after rating
Go back to the project list and reopen the project.

Lanes come back with zeros
Check for missing pallets, weights or zip codes; add assumptions and rerun.

A run stops or times out
Use fewer files (5 to 10 per proposal); split very large sets.

The agent misread a file
Read its reasoning, tell it what the file contains, and rerun.

No rates for some lanes
Invite carriers, add a rate sheet, or check that the right contracts are in your TMS.

Carrier rate looks wrong
Check whether the sheet included fuel surcharge and say so in setup.

The invitation email didn't arrive
Check spam for "KnowRFP", or ask your admin to resend it.
