Inspections are how you roll out scans at scale — the structured way to make sure the right people complete a scan by the right date.
Assigning inspections
Admins assign a wellness inspection to an individual, a department, or a whole facility, set a due date, and track completion in real time. It's the tool for rolling out scans by shift, role, or site — assigning by department scales best.
Completing an inspection
A member opens their assigned inspection, runs the 30-second scan, and submits — which completes the inspection and records the vitals in one step. You can also run a standalone scan and submit it to any open inspection afterward.
Tracking completion
The dashboard's Recent Wellness Inspections panel and the inspections list show status at a glance — completed, in progress, or overdue — so nothing slips.
