Check your current plan and this period's usage, compare Free, Team, Business and Enterprise, and manage billing.

Plans & Billing shows which plan your organization is on, how much of it you've used this billing period, and what each plan includes — so you can scan more employees, unlock AI agents, and automate compliance as you grow. The walkthrough moves down the page from your current plan to the plan comparison; the steps follow the same order.

1 · Find Plans & Billing

In the sidebar's Management section, open Billing & Plans — it sits between Team and Privacy & Consent. The page heading reads Plans & Billing: "Scan more employees, unlock AI agents, and automate compliance."

2 · See your current plan

The top card names your plan with a CURRENT PLAN tag — for example Enterprise — and reads "Your usage this billing period." Manage billing sits on the right of the same card.

3 · Check AI usage this month

The AI usage card shows how many of this month's AI actions you've used, for example "0 of 10000 AI actions used · Enterprise plan". Each scan analysis, coach reply, and risk score draws from that allowance.

4 · Read your usage meters

Six meters show this period's usage against your plan's limit; ∞ means unlimited.

  • Employees — For example 1 / ∞.
  • Scans this month — Health scans run this month.
  • OSHA reports this month — OSHA reports generated this month.
  • Facilities — For example 2 / ∞.
  • Departments — For example 3 / ∞.
  • AI actions this month — For example 0 / 10000.

5 · Compare plans

Under Upgrade your plan, each card lists the plan's price, limits, and features. Every plan includes mood, burnout, and assessments.

  • Free · $0/month — Evaluate KnowHealth with a small team: 5 employees, 25 scans a month, 1 facility.
  • Team · $49/month — 25 employees, 300 scans a month, 1 facility, plus anomaly alerts, risk scoring, and AI Coach & Health with 100 actions a month.

6 · Business — the most popular plan

Business ($149/month) is for growing organizations with compliance needs: 100 employees, 2,000 scans a month, 5 facilities, and AI Coach & Health with 1,000 actions a month. It adds the OSHA Compliance Copilot, AI writing and classification agents, the HIPAA audit trail, and facility benchmarking. Click Upgrade to Business to switch.

7 · Enterprise

Enterprise ($449/month) offers unlimited employees, scans, and facilities, AI Coach & Health with 10,000 actions a month, every Business feature, plus SSO and dedicated support. When it's your plan, its card is tagged CURRENT and its button reads Current plan.

8 · Secure payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.

9 · Manage billing

Back at the top of the page, use Manage billing to look after your subscription.
