Members, roles & invites
Admin vs member, and how admins add teammates by email.
Admin vs member
Admins manage the organization — facilities, members, inspections, billing, compliance reports, and analytics across everyone. Members complete their own scans, check-ins, and assessments and see only their own health data. Roles are assigned by an admin, never chosen at sign-up, so no one can grant themselves admin access.
- Admin — Manages the org and sees org-wide analytics.
- Member — Manages their own health data only.
Inviting teammates
Admins invite people from Organization → Members by email. Each invitee gets a link; clicking it signs them in and adds them straight to your organization — they never create a separate company of their own.
Managing access
From the members list an admin can promote a member to admin, move someone to a different department, or remove access when someone leaves. Changes take effect immediately, and mental-health signals are always shown to admins in aggregate — never a member's private entries.
