Your KnowHealth dashboard, explained
A region-by-region tour of the home screen and what each card tells you.
The top bar
Fixed across the top, the bar keeps your context and your assistant one click away. The KnowHealth mark and the current page name sit on the left; on the right are Ella AI (your always-on wellness assistant), the organization switcher for multi-company accounts, and your notifications and profile.
- Ella AI — Ask a question, explain a risk score, or start a scan.
- Organization switcher — Re-scopes every number on the page to the selected company.
- Notifications & profile — New anomaly alerts, due tasks, account, and sign-out.
The four status tiles
Four colour-coded counts answer "where does today stand?" at a glance. The small line under each number is the change since the last period, so a trend is visible without opening a report.
- Total Assigned — Every wellness task handed to your team, across all facilities.
- Completed — Finished tasks — the green trend you want climbing.
- Open — Assigned but not done yet — your live workload.
- Overdue — Past due date; the red stripe makes this the tile to act on first.
Quick actions
A row of shortcuts to the six things people open most — Start Scan, Health Score, Mood Check-in, Burnout Index, Assessments, and AI Coach — so you act without hunting through menus.
AI usage this month
A slim bar shows how much of your plan's AI allowance you've used — every scan analysis, coach reply, and risk score draws from it — with a Manage Plan link so spend is always visible and there are no surprises at renewal.
The AI insight panels
Below the usage bar, the intelligence layer surfaces what needs attention.
- AI Health Risk Overview — Employees bucketed Low / Medium / High risk, with a jump into per-person scores.
- Anomaly Alerts — Out-of-range vitals flagged the moment they're detected.
- Mental Health Snapshot — The highest burnout indices on your team.
- Compliance Status — OSHA, HIPAA, and benchmark readiness in one glance.
- Recent Wellness Inspections — The latest assignments across every facility.
The left navigation rail
The icon rail down the left edge reaches every module — records, scans, vitals, assessments, team, analytics, health risk, alerts, mood, burnout, and compliance. The dashboard is home base; the rail is how you dive into any one area in full. Everything respects the organization switcher, so one facility or the whole company uses the same layout.
