The company-wide Submissions list is useful, but most people only ever need to see the records that belong to one category — their own. Opening Submissions from inside a category gives you the same list, pre-filtered to just that slice of work.
In this article

A list scoped to one category

From inside a category, Submissions opens already narrowed to that category's records only, instead of every record across the whole company. Nothing else changes — same columns, same filters, same actions.

Narrow further from there

Because it's the same list underneath, you can still filter by status, assignee, or date range — you're just starting from a smaller, already-relevant set of records.

Step back out any time

Nothing about the record itself is different when viewed this way — you can always jump back to the full, company-wide Submissions list when you need the broader picture.

Why it matters

A category owner rarely needs to see every record in the company — they need theirs. Scoping the list to a category removes the filtering step entirely and keeps the day-to-day view focused on the work that person is actually responsible for.
