The Submissions page
Every completed and in-progress record across your workspace — open one to read its answers, signature and AI score, then trace its audit trail through to Completed.
One list for every record
Each row is a submitted or in-progress record, with the template it came from, the company or facility it belongs to, who it's assigned to, its current status, and when it was completed. It's the single source of truth for what actually happened, not what was scheduled.
- Template — Which form or app the record came from.
- Status — Open, in progress, or completed, updated live.
- Ownership — Who the record is assigned to.
Filter down to what matters
Filters by app, company, status, assignee, and date range turn a busy company-wide list into exactly the slice you need — everything still open this week, everything from one site, or everything waiting on one person.
Open a record
Click into any submission and its full detail view takes over — the header identifies what it is and who it belongs to, then scrolling down surfaces every answer, attached signature, and any AI-generated score the form calculates for that record.
Trace its audit trail
Open a record's audit log and every action against it lines up in order — edits, approvals, comments — right through to the moment its status flips to Completed, so the record's history travels with it instead of living in someone's memory.
Shape how the list looks
Two settings sit alongside the list itself: view settings decide whether records show as a grid, a kanban board, a Gantt chart, or a project, and tab settings decide which related-data tabs appear when you open a record.
Why it matters
Submissions is what turns "we do inspections" into "here is every inspection, who did it, and what it found." That distinction is the whole difference between hoping you're compliant and being able to prove it in minutes when a customer or auditor asks.
