Tabs settings lists the available tabs with a simple on/off toggle for each. Switch off what your team never uses, and the record opens without it cluttering the view.

Whatever is enabled here is what shows up the next time any form card is opened — so the set of tabs someone sees is consistent, not something they have to reconfigure record by record.
