Every template here is a form somebody fills in on a shift. The library is not a document set. It is the working record of how a site runs, arranged so that the records point at each other rather than sitting in separate folders.
The demo company is Fraser Valley Foods Ltd., a two site operation with a meat plant in Abbotsford and a dairy in Chilliwack, 240 workers between them. Every registry lookup, worker name and asset in this app comes from that company, so the templates can be seen working rather than described.
How to read a template
- Design shows the fields as a builder would see them, with types, scoring, conditional logic and links.
- Preview shows what the person filling it in sees, including follow up fields appearing as answers are given.
- Submissions shows completed records where demo data exists.
Where to start
The General workspace holds the foundation. Install it first, because almost every other template looks up a site, an asset, a worker or a task from a registry held there. The Everything view in General lists all 921 in one nested index, which is now the home page, which is the fastest way to find anything.
Templates marked Register only are designed and described but not yet built at field level. all 921 are built out in full.
