Nobody asks for eleven templates. They ask for a lockout programme, or a return to work programme, or HACCP. The home page carries 73 named programmes, each a bundle drawn from across workspaces, with what it delivers stated plainly.
Lockout and Tagout pulls twelve templates from four workspaces: the machine specific procedure and periodic inspection from KnowMaintain, the permit and competency authorisation from KnowSafe, the training record from KnowTrain and the programme audit from KnowComply. Nobody would assemble that from a category tree.
Almost every template belongs to at least one programme, and 162 belong to more than one. A template earning its place in several programmes is a sign the library is joined up rather than duplicated.
Say whose onboarding it is
Onboarding is four different programmes and they share almost nothing. A supplier is screened, approved and set up for payment. A worker is right to work checked, provisioned and put on a probation review. A contractor is prequalified, inducted and permitted. A customer is credit checked and has their requirements loaded into despatch. Naming any of them just Onboarding guarantees somebody opens the wrong one.
| Programme | Templates | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier Onboarding and Lifecycle | 17 | KnowLogistics Supplier Lifecycle, plus the KnowQuality supplier set |
| Worker Onboarding and Offboarding | 14 | KnowOps Worker Lifecycle, plus KnowTrain new hire |
| Contractor Onboarding and Management | 49 | KnowContractor across prequalification, induction and performance |
| Customer and Carrier Onboarding | 7 | KnowLogistics Customer and Carrier Setup |
Industries
Most of the library is universal: an incident report is an incident report anywhere. Seven industries are called out for the templates that are genuinely specific to them, and selecting one shows only those, with a line saying how many universal templates are hidden.
| Industry | Specific templates | What makes them specific |
|---|---|---|
| Food and Beverage Manufacturing | 73 | HACCP, sanitation, allergens, traceability, shelf life, foreign body and the data sheet library. |
| Transport and Logistics | 44 | Driver qualification, hours of service, cargo securement and operator licence compliance. |
| Process and Chemical | 31 | Pressure systems, confined space, process hazard studies and explosive atmospheres. |
| Construction and Field Work | 28 | Height work, excavation and the contractor prequalification chain. |
| Warehousing and Distribution | 26 | Racking, docks, picking ergonomics and yard traffic. |
| Discrete Manufacturing | 16 | Statistical process control, capability, gauge studies and first article inspection. |
| Cold Chain | 10 | Refrigeration systems, cold environment handling and temperature controlled transport. |
Combining filters
Industry, programme, standard and free text all apply together. HACCP filtered to food gives thirteen templates. That combination is how a buyer arrives at the shortlist they actually want to see.
