Open Carrier Engagement

On the Freight Audit page, click Carrier Engagement (top right). Use the back arrow to return to the audit list.

Read the summary cards

Four cards sum up the period at a glance.

  • Avg views per bill — How often carriers look at each shared bill (11 bill views in the walkthrough).
  • Response rate — Share of bills a carrier replied to: 1 of 600 bills, 1 message.
  • Days to resolve (avg) — How long cases take to close: 5.2 days, median 5, 55 of 600 closed.
  • Since last carrier activity — Time since any carrier last did something, and how many are engaged (2 of 5).

Pick the period and export

Change Duration (Last 30 days in the walkthrough) to look at a different window. The Excel button exports the table.

Read the carrier table

Each row is one carrier: Bills shared, Opens, Clicks, Avg views / bill, Responses, Response rate, Resolved, Days to resolve, and Since last activity (with what they last did, e.g. "opened a link"). The Total row adds them up.

Spot who to chase

Look for carriers with many bills and no responses, or "never" under Since last activity. In the walkthrough, Brantley Truck Brokerage has 533 bills, 4 opens and no responses; ArcBest, H&M Bay and Magellan Transport have never opened their links. Trailer Bridge replied to its one bill, a 100% response rate.
