Share a Freight Audit view with your team, and manage carrier share links
Copy a link to your current filtered view for colleagues, and see, change or revoke the no-login links carriers use.
Set up the view you want to share
Pick the tab and filters first. In the walkthrough that's the Closed tab, 1,751 freight bills. The two share buttons sit next to Filters: the link icon shares the view, the people icon opens the carrier share links.
Share this view with your team
Click the link icon. The panel shows the link and how many freight bills match right now, plus what it's filtered by (Status · Closed). Click Copy Link, send it to a colleague, then Done.
- Who can open it — Anyone signed in to KnowDoc in your organisation. The link gives no access on its own.
- It keeps the filters, not the list — Bills that match later show up too, so the link stays current.
Open Share links
Click the people icon to see every no-login link sent to carriers, with a count of how many are active (7 in the walkthrough).
Read a share link
Each card tells you who the link is for and how it's being used.
- Status and scope — Active, and either a Single bill or a Queue (e.g. Queue · 533 bills) covering many bills at once.
- Created by — Who sent it and when.
- Views, Last opened, Expires — Whether the carrier has looked at it, and when the link stops working.
- Notes only or Editable — Notes only lets the carrier reply. Editable lets them change charges, with approval over a set amount (e.g. $45.00).
- Sections — What the carrier sees: Summary, your note, the audit finding, charges, the invoice PDF, the conversation, and sometimes the contract.
Change or revoke a link
Use the buttons on the right of a card to open, edit, change the expiry of, or revoke the link. Revoking takes effect immediately: the carrier can no longer open it, and the active count drops (7 → 6 in the walkthrough).
Run your messiest freight bills through it.
